Luc'k è una città ucraina (220 986 abitanti), nel distretto di Luc'k, nell'oblast' di Volinia. Ospita l'amministrazione dell'oblast' di Volinia, del distretto di Luc'k e della comunità territoriale di Luc'k, una delle comunità territoriali dell'Ucraina.
Fino al 18 luglio 2020 Luc'k costituiva una città di rilevanza regionale e fungeva da centro amministrativo dell'omonimo distretto sebbene non vi appartenesse. Come parte della riforma amministrativa che ha ridotto a quattro il numero dei distretti dell'oblast' di Volinia, la città fu integrata nel distretto di Luc'k.
È una delle città più antiche di questo Paese. Il primo riferimento scritto su questa città risale al 1085.
Tra il 1921 e il 1939 è stata, con il nome polacco di Łuck, la capitale del Voivodato di Volinia nella Seconda Repubblica di Polonia.

Lutsk is a Ukrainian city (population 220,986) in Lutsk County, Volhynia Oblast. It hosts the administration of Volhynia Oblast, Lutsk District, and the Lutsk Territorial Community, one of the territorial communities of Ukraine.
Until July 18, 2020, Lutsk was a city of regional significance and served as the administrative center of the Lutsk District, although it did not belong to it. As part of the administrative reform that reduced the number of districts in Volhynia Oblast to four, the city was integrated into Lutsk District.
It is one of the oldest cities in this country. The first written reference to it dates back to 1085. Between 1921 and 1939, it was the capital of the Volhynia Voivodeship in the Second Polish Republic, under the Polish name of Łuck.

"Per alcune di noi sarà la quindicesima partecipazione; altre si uniranno per la prima volta. Ma la Calise Cup è diventata un torneo molto popolare nei Paesi Bassi e sempre più squadre olandesi ci seguono a Gaeta.
Quest'anno, arriveremo con un gruppo di donne entusiaste per goderci il "Lemon Bar", il "Christian Bar", il Ke-Eat e, naturalmente, il sole, il mare e la sabbia, e per scottarci dopo!
Non vediamo l'ora di un'altra fantastica edizione con i nostri amici e la nostra famiglia del beach handball!".

Welcome one more time to the girls of Beach Handball Tilburg from Netherlands
"For some of us, this will be the 15th time; others are joining for the first time. But the Calise Cup has become a popular tournament in the Netherlands, and more Dutch teams are following us to Gaeta.
This year, we are coming with a group of enthusiastic women and a number of men to enjoy the "Lemon Bar," "Christian's Bar," Ke-Eat, and of course, sun, sea and sand, and getting sunburned afterwards!
We are looking forward to another nice edition with our beach handball friends and family!"

Team Handball Mascalucia
La Team Handball Mascalucia rappresenta molto più di una semplice società sportiva: è una grande famiglia costruita attorno ai valori dello sport, del rispetto e della crescita dei giovani.
Da anni la società lavora con passione e dedizione per promuovere la pallamano sul territorio, offrendo a bambini e ragazzi un ambiente sano, educativo e stimolante, dove poter crescere non soltanto come atleti, ma soprattutto come persone.
Correttezza, rispetto delle regole, spirito di sacrificio, educazione e senso di appartenenza sono i principi che guidano ogni giorno il lavoro di dirigenti, tecnici e collaboratori. Il club crede fortemente che lo sport debba essere uno strumento di formazione, capace di insegnare ai giovani il valore dell’impegno, della collaborazione e della responsabilità.
I risultati ottenuti nel corso degli anni, sia a livello regionale che nazionale, rappresentano motivo di orgoglio per tutta la società, ma il traguardo più grande resta vedere i ragazzi affrontare il campo - e la vita - con passione, rispetto e determinazione.

In particolare, la squadra iscritta al prestigioso torneo della Calise cup 2026, seppur molto giovane, ha ottenuto già importanti risultati nel beach handball, sia in campo regionale con il terzo posto ottenuto nella coppa Sicilia nella categoria seniores che in campo nazionale con il primo posto ottenuto nella categoria U16 maschile.

Team Handball Mascalucia continues to build the future of handball every day, investing in young people and the authentic values of sport. In particular, the team registered for the prestigious Calise Cup 2026 tournament, despite its young age, has already achieved significant results in beach handball, both regionally, with third place in the Sicilian Cup in the senior category, and nationally, with first place in the U16 men's category.

Conosci la squadra Colosseum Handball 2022
Anche per questa edizione avremo la partecipazione degli amici del Colosseum Handball 2022.
Si tratta di una squadra nuova, nata nel 2022, ma ricca di elementi che vantano già una buona esperienza nel beach handball, nonostante la giovane età di molti giocatori.
Nel 2022, il Colosseum Handball, capitanato da Emanuele Bellini e compagni, è arrivato vicino al podio, perdendo di misura la finale per il 3°-4° posto contro la squadra greca dell'AEP Panorama, mentre nel 2023 ha avuto vita dura a causa della presenza dei forti ungheresi di Győr e di squadre più preparate.
Nel 2024 si è classificato al 6° posto su 15 squadre e l'anno scorso ha chiuso al 14° posto su 20 squadre.
Quest'anno sono riusciti a formare una formazione mista, con giocatori più esperti e alcuni fortissimi talenti spagnoli e argentini, e si presenteranno con ben due formazioni!
Cosa riserverà la Calise Cup 2026 a questi "gladiatori"?
Lo scopriremo dal 12 al 14 giugno sulla sabbia dorata della spiaggia di Serapo.

Also for this edition we will have the participation of friends from Colosseum Handball 2022.
They are a new teams just born in 2022 but full of many elements who already have good experience in beach handball, despite the young age of many of them.
The Colosseum Handball team of captain Emanuele Bellini and his teammates in 2022 came close to the podium given the narrow defeat in the 3rd-4th place final against the Greek team from AEP Panorama while in 2023 they had a difficult life given the presence of the strong Hungarians from Gyor and more prepared teams.
While in 2024 they arrived on 6th place in a ranking with 15 teams and last year they ended as 14th on 20 teams totally.
This year they managed to have a mixed team with guys with more experience and some so strong spanish and argentinian players and they will come with 2 teams!
What does the Calise Cup 2026 have in "store" for these "gladiators"?
We will find out from 12 to 14 June on the golden sand of Serapo beach.

Anche quest'anno avremo il piacere di ospitare la Nazionale Italiana di Beach Handball, meglio conosciuta come "Blue Team"
La nazionale maschile di beach handball ha vinto la medaglia d'argento ai Giochi del Mediterraneo 2023 a Heraklion, in Grecia. È stata la prima medaglia senior per la nazionale maschile italiana di beach handball, ottenuta nello stesso anno del 9° posto ai Campionati Europei EHF di Nazarè (Portogallo).
Nel 2024, gli Azzurri si sono classificati al 7° posto ai Campionati Europei EHF di Varna (Bulgaria), qualificandosi già per i successivi Campionati Europei di Alanya (Turchia), grazie ai 10 posti disponibili e allo stesso numero di nazioni iscritte al torneo di Varna. Nella squadra maschile, il giocatore italiano più prolifico è stato Nicolas Dieguez con 81 punti.
Mentre andando indietro nel tempo, ai Campionati Europei del 2000, i primi della storia, che si sono svolti proprio all'Arena Beach di Gaeta, gli Azzurri hanno ottenuto il 5° posto, risultato che rimane tuttora il miglior piazzamento di sempre ai Campionati Europei.
Quest'anno abbiamo una grande notizia da annunciare e ne siamo molto onorati. I ragazzi del coach Pasquale Maione parteciperanno per la prima volta nella storia alla fase finale dei Campionati del Mondo.
La squadra italiana ha raggiunto questo prestigioso risultato grazie all'ottavo posto ottenuto la scorsa estate agli EHF EURO 2025 in Turchia, il miglior risultato di sempre per una squadra maschile italiana. L'Italia affronterà Germania, Brasile e Argentina nel Gruppo C dei Campionati del Mondo di Beach Handball del 2026.
Pertanto, il nostro torneo internazionale ed EBT Calise Cup sarà un passo importante prima di partecipare alla fase finale dei Campionati del Mondo che si terranno dal 23 al 28 giugno a Zagabria, in Croazia.

Also this year we will have the pleasure to host the Italian Beach Handball National Team, better known as the "Blue Team"
The men's beach handball national team won the silver medal at the 2023 Mediterranean Beach Games in Heraklion, Greece. It was the first senior medal for male Italian beach handball, which came in the same year as the 9th place at the EHF EURO in Nazarè (Portugal).
In 2024, the Azzurri came in 7th place at the EHF Championships in Varna (Bulgaria), having already qualified for the next European Championships in Alanya (Turkey), thanks to the 10 available spots and the same number of nations registered for the Varna tournament. In the men's team, the most prolific Italian player was Nicolas Dieguez with 81 points.
At the 2000 European Championships, the first in history and that was held at the Arena Beach in Gaeta, the Azzurri obtained 5th place, a result that remains the best for the European Championships nowadays.
This year we have a so big news to announce and we are so honored about it. Guys of coach Pasquale Maione will compete in the final round of the World Championships for the first time in its history. The Italian team achieved this prestigious result thanks to their eighth-place finish at last summer's EHF EURO 2025 in Turkey, the best result ever for an Italian men's team.
Italy will face Germany, Brazil, and Argentina in Group C of the 2026 Beach Handball World Championships.
So, our EBT Tournament Calise Cup will be an important step before to take part at the final phase of the World Championships that will take place from June 23 to 28 in Croatia in Zagreb.

Morris e il Sindaco
New Entry alla Calise Cup, a Gaeta arriva la formazione del "Morris e il Sindaco".
La compagine con questa curiosa denominazione, quale ci sveleranno sicuramente da dove è nata durante il torneo di Gaeta dal 12 al 14 Giugno, è una squadra nata da un gemellaggio tra la Dorica Handball e la Pallamano Ravarino, un gruppo di amici che ogni anno al termine dei campionati indoor si ritrova per partecipare ai tornei di Beach Handball.
Campioni per due anni consecutivi dello Snow Handball in Alto Adige a Campo Tures; forti di nuovi innesti dai Black Devils di Merano non vedono l'ora di mettersi alla prova in un torneo di calibro internazionale quale è la Calise Cup 2026.

Per il terzo anno consecutivo, ospiteremo una squadra proveniente dalla Lettonia al nostro torneo EBT ed internazionale di Beach Handball.
Siamo davvero felici di ospitare nuovamente i ragazzi del C4H10 Melluzhi Jurmala, che parteciperanno alla Calise Cup 2026 con l'obiettivo di migliorare il piazzamento dell'anno scorso, quando hanno conquistato la medaglia di bronzo nella finale per il 3°/4° posto contro la nazionale italiana.
Hanno anche organizzato e partecipato al primo torneo EBT in Lettonia nel 2022, giocando per la prima volta durante il 25° torneo internazionale di beach handball "Jūrmala 2022" e nel 2024 sono venuti a Gaeta per il loro primo torneo fuori dalla loro nazione e siamo davvero contenti di averli anche per la prossima edizione.
Torneranno a Gaeta anche per prepararsi alle finali EBT, dato che si sono qualificati di nuovo e giocheranno ancora una volta a Trapani (Sicilia).

For third time in a row we will have at our EBT and International Beach Handball Tournament a team from Latvia.
We are really happy to host again the guys of C4H10 Melluzhi, which will come at Calise Cup 2025 with clear goal to improve the placement of year, when they won the bronze medal against the italian national team.
They also organized and participated in First EBT Tournament in Latvia in 2022, playing during first the 25th International Beach handball tournament "Jūrmala 2022" and in 2024 they came in Gaeta for their first tournament outside Latvia and we are really glad to have them also for next edition.
They will come back in Gaeta also to prepare the next EBT Finals, because they are qualified again and they will play in Trapani (Sicily) one more time from 18 to 21 June.

Il London Beach Handball Club è la squadra maschile di beach handball di riferimento nel Regno Unito.
Fondato nel 2021, il club ha rapidamente scalato le gerarchie nazionali e continentali, affermandosi come una realtà fissa nei tornei della European Handball Federation (EHF).
Il club ha dominato la scena nazionale vincendo 5 titoli consecutivi del campionato nazionale britannico, ovvero il Men's British Champions (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 e 2025).
Ha conquistato il 2° posto all'European Beach Handball Tournament (EBT) di Praga e il 1° posto al London Beach Handball International Tournament (LBHIT) nel 2023 e 2024.
Alla Champions Cup 2025 ha concluso il prestigioso torneo continentale a Porto Santo (Portogallo) al 9° posto assoluto su scala europea. E durante la kermesse dedicata ai campioni nazionali, la squadra si è distinta a livello internazionale vincendo il premio ufficiale per il Fair Play maschile.
Hanno iniziato la stagione con il torneo EBT Jarun Cup in quel di Zagabria, sfiorando la conquista di importanti punti, dato che ad ogni torneo la metà delle squadre partecipanti può guadagnare punti, visto il piazzamento al 16esimo posto su 28 squadre partecipanti.
Proveranno a Gaeta la conquista dei primi punti EBT della stagione?

London Beach Handball Club is the leading men's beach handball team in the United Kingdom.
Founded in 2021, the club has quickly climbed the national and continental ranks, establishing itself as a regular fixture in European Handball Federation (EHF) tournaments.
The club has dominated the national scene, winning five consecutive Men's British Champions titles (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025).
They took second place at the European Beach Handball Tournament (EBT) in Prague and first place at the London Beach Handball International Tournament (LBHIT) in 2023 and 2024.
At EHF Champions Cup 2025 they finished the prestigious continental tournament in Porto Santo, Portugal, in ninth place overall in Europe. And the team distinguished itself internationally by winning the official Men's Fair Play Award.
They began the season with the EBT Jarun cup - Beach handball tournament, coming so close to earning important points, because the first half of teams registered at each tournament can gain EBT points, finishing 16th out of 28 participating teams.
So, they will try in Gaeta to catch first EBT points of the season?

Dopo la loro partecipazione e la vittoria alla EBT Calise Cup 2024 nella finale contro i campioni in carica ungheresi del Gyori Strandkézilabda Club, avremo nuovamente il piacere di ospitare i ragazzi del Niterói Rugby FC - Handebol dal Brasile. Alle finali EBT 2024 hanno conquistato la medaglia di bronzo al termine di una grande partita contro la squadra croata del BHC Zagreb.
Si tratta di una squadra composta da molti giocatori di alto livello, alcuni dei quali anche campioni del mondo e campioni nazionali per diverse volte, oltre a giovani talenti con un enorme potenziale. Nel 2024 hanno vinto il torneo EBT "Lacanau Beach Handball Xperience" in Francia sconfiggendo in finale la squadra olandese del Feyenoord, mentre l'anno scorso hanno raggiunto la finale e conquistato la medaglia d'argento contro il team francese del Requin Affamés, e la medaglia d'oro all'EBT Camelot Beach Tournament contro i tedeschi del 12 Monkey's Köln. Con sede in Brasile, ma orgogliosamente in gara sotto la bandiera irlandese dal 2023. Il percorso di questa squadra è una testimonianza di dedizione, strategia e determinazione nel portare la pallamano da spiaggia sulla scena mondiale.
La pallamano da spiaggia ha registrato una crescita significativa in Europa, ma altre regioni, in particolare il Sud e il Centro America, hanno dovuto affrontare notevoli difficoltà. La pandemia di COVID-19 ha gravemente compromesso le attività sportive, portando a un forte calo delle squadre attive in Brasile. Nonostante queste battute d'arresto, la partecipazione della squadra di pallamano da spiaggia Niterói ai tornei europei si distingue come simbolo di passione e resilienza.
Il Niterói è nato nel 1973 come squadra di rugby. Nel 1981, si è ampliato includendo la sua prima squadra di pallamano indoor, composta da atleti che praticavano sia rugby che pallamano. Il club ha vinto sei campionati nazionali indoor, tra categorie senior e giovanili, sia maschili che femminili.
Fino al 2007, il club partecipava alla pallamano da spiaggia, ma si riuniva solo per giocare nei tornei, senza allenarsi come una squadra dedicata.
Nel 2007, ha iniziato a considerare la pallamano da spiaggia come uno sport distinto, separato dalla pallamano indoor. Entro il 2009, ha introdotto sessioni di allenamento specifiche e allenatori, sebbene molti atleti continuassero a competere in entrambi gli sport.
I ragazzi di coach Luiz Roberto Luika alle finali EBT del 2025 si sono classificati al 7° posto e quest'anno torneranno a Gaeta per prepararsi alla prossima edizione, più forti e combattivi che mai.

After their presence and victory at Ebt Calise Cup 2024 during the final against the defending Champions of hungarian team Gyori Strandkézilabda Club, we will have again the pleasure to host the boys of Niterói Rugby FC - Handebol from Brazil.
At EBT Finals 2024 they got the bronze medal in the end of great match against croatian team BHC Zagreb.
They are a team with lot of really good players, someone also World Champion e National Champions for several times and in addition young players with so big potential.
In 2024 they won the EBT Tournament "Lacanau Beach Handball Xperience" in France, winning the final against the Dutch team of Feyenoord while last year they reached the final and won silver medal against french team of Requin Affamés and Gold medal at EBT Camelot against 12 Monkey's Koln.
Based in Brazil, but proudly competing under the Irish flag since 2023. This team's journey is a testament to dedication, strategic thinking, and a drive to elevate beach handball on the global stage.
Beach handball has seen significant growth in Europe, but other regions, particularly South and Central America, have faced substantial challenges. The COVID-19 pandemic severely disrupted sports activities, leading to a sharp decline in active teams in Brazil. Despite these setbacks, the Niterói Beach Handball team's involvement in European tournaments stands out as a symbol of passion and resilience.
Niterói was established in 1973 as a rugby team. In 1981, they expanded to include their first indoor handball team, comprising athletes who played both rugby and handball. The club has won six national indoor championships, across senior and youth categories, for both men and women.
Until 2007, the club participated in beach handball, but only gathered to play in tournaments rather than training as a dedicated team.
In 2007, they began treating beach handball as a distinct sport, separate from indoor handball. By 2009, they had introduced specialized training sessions and coaches, although many athletes continued to compete in both sports.
Boys of coach Luiz Roberto Luika at EBT Finals 2025 arrived at 7th place and this year they will come back in Gaeta to prepare the next edition and they will be stronger and more fighters than ever.

Rotterdam Handbal Beach
Il Rotterdam Handbal è uno dei club leader di beach handball nei Paesi Bassi. Già nel 2004, la nostra squadra femminile tentò di stabilire un record mondiale di resistenza sulla sabbia: 24 ore di beach handball. Ci riuscirono con grande successo! Nel 2011, un altro tentativo di record mondiale di resistenza sulla sabbia fu effettuato dalla squadra giovanile dell'HA, combinando la pallamano in gabbia e la pallamano su campo. I ragazzi rimasero con le dita dei piedi nella sabbia per 24 ore, 24 minuti e 24 secondi. Che impresa!
Dal 2011, presso la nostra struttura all'aperto, disponiamo di un ampio campo di sabbia dove il nostro club gioca a beach handball con qualsiasi condizione atmosferica. Negli ultimi anni, abbiamo gradualmente ampliato il campo di sabbia, tanto che (al momento in cui scriviamo) abbiamo a disposizione 3 campi da beach handball. In futuro, speriamo di ampliarlo ulteriormente per poter organizzare anche tornei di beach handball.
Grazie a queste eccellenti strutture, negli ultimi anni siamo riusciti a gettare solide basi per la pallamano da spiaggia. I nostri giovani atleti vengono introdotti alla sabbia e alle regole del gioco fin dalle prime fasi dell'allenamento, il che ha permesso ai giocatori di talento di essere regolarmente convocati per le selezioni nazionali (giovanili). Siamo inoltre ben rappresentati ogni anno ai Campionati Nazionali Olandesi di Pallamano da Spiaggia e al Beach Tour. Nel 2023, questo ci ha permesso di vincere il Campionato Nazionale Olandese di Pallamano da Spiaggia Senior Maschile, consentendo alla squadra maschile di partecipare anche alla Champions Cup di Porto Santo.
Lo scorso anno hanno trionfato anche in Ungheria al torneo EBT Lupa Beach.

Rotterdam Handball is one of the leading beach handball clubs in the Netherlands.
Back in 2004, the women's team attempted to set a world record for endurance on sand: 24 hours of beach handball. They succeeded with great success! In 2011, the HA youth team attempted another world record for endurance on sand, combining cage handball and field handball. The boys remained with their toes in the sand for 24 hours, 24 minutes, and 24 seconds. What a feat!
Since 2011, they have a large sand court at outdoor facility where the club plays beach handball in all weathers. In recent years, they have gradually expanded the sand court, so much so that they have three beach handball courts.
In the future, they hope to expand it further to be able to organize beach handball tournaments as well. Thanks to these excellent facilities, they've been able to lay a solid foundation for beach handball in recent years.
Young athletes are introduced to the sand and the rules of the game from the earliest stages of training, which has allowed talented players to regularly be called up for national (youth) selections.
They're also well represented every year at the Dutch National Beach Handball Championships and the EBT Beach Tour.
In 2023, this allowed to win the Dutch National Senior Men's Beach Handball Championship, allowing the men's team to also participate in the Champions Cup in Porto Santo. Last year, they also triumphed in Hungary at the EBT Lupa Beach tournament.

Dopo la loro ultima partecipazione avvenuta due anni fa, siamo lieti di dare nuovamente il benvenuto ai ragazzi polacchi dello Szczypiorniak Bielsko Biala.
La società sportiva, fondata nel 2020 da appassionati di pallamano, sta facendo rivivere una ricca tradizione sportiva e scrivendo un nuovo capitolo nella storia di questo sport nel capoluogo della regione di Podbeskidzie.
Bambini, ragazzi e adulti hanno tutti l'opportunità di scoprire cos'è la pallamano, cosa la distingue dagli altri sport e persino di provare la sua variante più recente: la pallamano da spiaggia.
I loro metodi di allenamento moderni e l'approccio personalizzato per ogni giocatore rendono la pallamano uno sport adatto a chiunque cerchi competizione, dinamismo e una miriade di emozioni positive.
L'obiettivo principale è quello di trasmettere conoscenze e competenze al maggior numero possibile di persone, affinché Bielsko-Biała possa diventare un importante centro sportivo in Polonia e competere con le migliori squadre di tutto il paese in ogni categoria di età.
Negli ultimi anni sono diventati una bella realtà nel mondo del Beach Handball in giro per l'Europa, perché amano viaggiare.

Ed anche perché organizzano il loro torneo EBT Bielsko Biala, composto da squadre ed ufficiali di gara da tante nazioni differenti, cui quest'anno avrà luogo dal 7 al 9 Agosto nell'omonima cittadina polacca!!!

After their participation two years ago, we are glad to welcome again the polish boys from Beach Handball Team Szczypiorniak Bielsko-Biała.
Their club, founded in 2020 by handball enthusiasts and lovers, is reviving a rich sporting tradition and writing a new chapter in the history of the sport in the capital of the Podbeskidzie region.
Childrens, teenagers, and adults all have the opportunity to discover what handball is, what distinguishes it from other sports, and even try its newest variant: Beach Handball.
Their modern training methods and personalized approach to each player make handball a sport suitable for anyone seeking competition, dynamism, and a myriad of positive emotions.
The goal is to impart knowledge and skills to as many people as possible, so that Bielsko-Biała can become a major sports center in Poland and compete with the best teams from across the country in every age category.
In last years they became a so good reality about Beach Handball around Europe, since they love to travel.
"We are a young team from South of Poland - say the players of coach Radosław Siuda - which love to play on beach and traveling all over the Europe to find a spirit of beach handball".
And also because they organize their EBT Bielsko-Biala, with teams and officials from many different nations and i so nice location, that this year will be held from 7 to 9 of August!!!

La nazionale maschile di beach handball di Malta ha una storia recente ma in rapida crescita.
La squadra ha debuttato a livello europeo nel luglio 2024 partecipando agli EHF Beach Handball Championships in Bulgaria ed ha raggiunto un traguardo storico qualificandosi per la prima volta agli EHF Beach Handball EURO 2025 in Turchia.
Nel 2013 la Associazione di pallamano di Malta (MHA) ha iniziato a gettare le basi organizzando i primi corsi ufficiali con il supporto di istruttori internazionali.
Nel 2018 viene formata la prima squadra nazionale ufficiosa, nota come Melita Falcons ed allenata sin dal 2015 da coach Ian Psaila, composta principalmente dai giocatori della nazionale indoor mentre il debutto Internazionale arriva nel Luglio 2024 quando sotto la guida di coach Gábor Báthori, la squadra maschile ha fatto il suo esordio ufficiale agli EHF Championships di Varna.
Nonostante fossero al debutto assoluto, i maltesi hanno chiuso il torneo al 10º posto assoluto, giocando match combattuti contro formazioni più esperte come Bulgaria, Francia e Turchia.
La Consacrazione Europea giunge nel 2025, dopo l'esperienza di Varna, la nazionale ha disputato tornei di preparazione come la nostra Calise Cup in Italia, per poi fare il suo storico debutto con coach Pedro Teixeira agli EHF Beach Handball EURO ad Alanya, in Turchia.
La squadra ha affrontato potenze continentali come Danimarca e Croazia, continuando a maturare e ponendosi l'obiettivo di colmare il divario con le nazionali maggiori e sviluppare costantemente il movimento isolano.
La crescita del progetto è supervisionata dalla Malta Handball Association (MHA) e dal vice allenatore Adam Sule, che sta lavorando per portare il movimento da una dimensione puramente amatoriale a un livello altamente competitivo a livello europeo.
Ora stanno per tornare a Gaeta ed auguriamo loro di fare nuova esperienza e continuare a crescere

Malta Handball Association
The Malta men's national beach handball team has a recent but rapidly growing history.
The team made its European debut in July 2024, competing in the EHF Beach Handball Championships in Bulgaria, and achieved a historic milestone by qualifying for the EHF Beach Handball EURO 2025 in Turkey for the first time.
In 2013, the Malta Handball Association (MHA) began laying the foundations by organizing the first official courses with the support of international instructors.
In 2018, the first unofficial national team, known as the Melita Falcons, was formed, composed primarily of players from the national indoor team and coached by Ian Psaila that started his job since 2015.
Their international debut came in July 2024, when, under the guidance of coach Gábor Báthori, men's team made its official debut at the EHF Championships in Varna.
Despite making their debut, the maltese guys finished the tournament in 10th place overall, playing hard-fought matches against more experienced teams like Bulgaria, France, and Turkey.
Their European recognition came in 2025. After the experience in Varna, the national team competed in preparatory tournaments such as our Calise Cup in Italy, before making their historic debut with coach Pedro Teixeira at the EHF Beach Handball EURO in Alanya, Turkey.
The team has continental powerhouses like Denmark and Croatia, continuing to mature and aiming to close the gap with the major national teams and constantly develop the island movement.
Project's growth is being overseen by the Malta Handball Association (MHA), which is working to take the movement from a purely amateur dimension to a highly competitive European level.
Now they are coming back in Gaeta and we wish them new experience and ro continue to grow up
