the 21th EBT CALISE CUP stage of the European
Beach Handball Championship reserved for club teams. Gaeta,

We are very happy that you have decided to participate in the XXI Calise Cup. I am writing to summarize all the information on your arrival, departure, accommodation, schedules and various requirements, additional services, etc. Answer as soon as possible but no later than 20.06.22 sending also the list of participants to the event . We will use this information to create tender lists, accreditations ecc. Also, send us a photo of the team, the society logo and a bit of the Company's history or a video so that we can best present you on our site and on our social profiles.
1 - REGISTRATION AND CATEGORIES
• 1.1 FORMS
Any other provisions will be communicated later in REPORT TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE PANDEMIC and following the provisions issued by the sports and health authorities prepared.

1.3 DEADLINES
Entries must be submitted no later than 29.06.2022. Entries submitted last and / or after the aforementioned date may be rejected by the organizing Company;
1.4 - CATEGORIES AND INCRIPTIONS
1. SENIORES female / male
- € 100 (one hundred) if registration is made by 08 May 2022;
- € 150 (one hundred and fifty) if registration takes place after 29 june 22;
1. YOUTH female / male
- € 60: U18 (born from 2004 and younger);
- € 20: U15 (born in 2007 and younger).
- Free (born 2012 and younger) ( TEAMS CAN ALSO MIXED )
With the same group of players it is not possible to
participate in two categories (concomitant matches will not move).
The prices are to be understood as "per team".
2 - EXECUTION FORMULA
2.1 - The tecnical rules of I.H.F and E.H.F regulation for EBT tournament will be owill be observed;
2.2 - Each participant is advised to have an identity document, in case of request be delegates;
2.3 - The regulations and the detailed schedule of the event
will be announced after the registration of the teams;
2.4 - Each team will play a minimum of five matches;
2.5 - The elimination phase will take place from Thursday 01 hours until Saturday 02; the semifinals and finals will take place on Sunday 03 (morning and early afternoon hours 20.00 about );
2.6 - Society. Gaeta 1984 reserves the right to communicate
any changes in the program and / or to reject the entries received last by 29 june 2022, in case the accommodation availability is exceeded;
2.7 - The Organization makes itself available to complete the program of teams wishing to extend their stay by organizing friendly HANDBALL and BEACH HANDBALL matches.
1 3 - MATCH OFFICES AND REFEREES
3.1 The meetings will be conducted by referees from various nations, appointed by the EHF and the Italian Referees Association of the Italian Handball Federation;
3.2 Each foreign team may propose the participation of an referees. The proposal must reach the organization by 08 May 2022 and must be accompanied by a photocopy of the referee card validated by the respective Federation in 2021/22 and an identification document. The organizers reserve the right to decline the adhesions received lastin the event of an overabundance of the same.
4 - PARTY PLAYERS (COVID 19 permitting)
4.1 - Three parties will be organized, free of charge, dedicated to all participants of the event:

5.1 - The organization offers all teams free access to
the fantastic private beaches. Each team will be assigned
a specific beach in which to sit, until exhaustion of theplaces put into agreement.
STAY IN GAETA
the organization, to facilitate your stay in Gaeta, offers
the following solutions with the structures in agreement:
6 - ACCOMMODATION
6.1 School
6.1.1 Bed: € 10 per night per person; each participant will be assigned a mattress and a sheet, from the night before the start of the tournament to Juny 30 afternung;
6.1.2 Classroom: € 250 per team (max 10 people). Each team will have one classroom, from the night before the start of the tournament to July 4 morning. Each participant must bring with him the necessary for the overnight stay (cot, mattress, sleeping bag, etc.).
Any additional days, in addition to the days provided for by the agreement, will have an additional cost of € 50 per day.
6.1.3 The teams that will stay in the schools will have to pay, upon arrival, the sum of € 110, as a deposit. This sum will be refunded before departure, after verification of the absence of any damage.
6.2.1 - PLEASE NOTE;
In case of use of non-convention structures for exhaustion of available places and / or particular requests, the price may vary with respect to the one indicated above.
6.3 - STANDALONE SOLUTIONS;
The teams that want to provide for the logistical accommodation themselves must necessarily indicate the address of their accommodation in the appropriate registration form.
7.0 - FOOD
7.1 - Morning breakfast (Italian) € ????? per person for nr. 4 breakfasts (including a drink and a dessert) from breakfast in the morning of 30 june to breakfast in the morning of 03 july 2022;
7.2 - € 7 packed lunch using tickets that can be purchased from the organizers Each packed lunch will consist of:

The meal is delivered directly to the fields. It is required to book packed lunches by 18:00 the previous day, to facilitate the organization in processing all requests;

8.0 - TRANSFERS
To reach the city of Gaeta, in addition to its own means and public ones, the CALISE CUP organize offers transfers by private means (bus and / or car).

9 - PLEASE NOTE
9.1 - Soc. Gaeta 1984 reserves the right to communicate any changes to the program;
9.2 - For the number of participants, decreases of a maximum of 5% will be allowed.
9.3 - The check-in operations of the teams will be carried out no later than 22.00 on 30 Jun 22.
9.4 - It will be possible to buy the jersey of the event, both in advance online (€ 12) by Sunday 19 June 22 - and during the Tournament (€ 15). Team promotion: 10 t-shirts for € 100 (in advance);
