La Calise Cup ha sempre avuto tra i suoi motti quello di "Sport e Turismo" e per il 25esimo anniversario vuole regalare novità e sorprese ai partecipanti, alla cittadinanza ed ovviamente ai turisti che accorderanno dal 12 al 14 Giugno in quel di Gaeta.
Grazie alla collaborazione con il. Vespa Club Gaeta degli amici Pierluigi, Natalina ed i numerosi soci, il torneo internazionale di Beach Handball vivrà anche un bel momento di condivisione, unione, passioni e turismo per l'appunto, grazie all'evento "Ti mando a Gaeta 2026: il Raduno Vespa Nazionale tra Mito e Mare".
Ma cos’è ‘Ti Mando a Gaeta!’ e perché non puoi mancare?
Se c’è un suono che definisce l’estate italiana, è il ronzio inconfondibile di una Vespa che sfreccia tra i vicoli di un borgo marinaro.
Il 13 e 14 giugno 2026, quel suono diventerà una sinfonia collettiva grazie al 2° Raduno Nazionale ‘Ti Mando a Gaeta!’.
Organizzato dal dinamico Vespa Club Gaeta, questo evento non è solo un incontro tra appassionati, ma una vera e propria celebrazione della cultura italiana su due ruote, inserita ufficialmente nel calendario del Campionato Turistico Nazionale Vespa Club d’Italia.
Partecipare a questo raduno significa immergersi in un’atmosfera d’altri tempi, dove la passione per il restauro e la meccanica si fonde con la voglia di scoprire territori mozzafiato. Che tu sia un vespista veterano con migliaia di chilometri sotto la sella o un semplice curioso, l’evento offre uno spettacolo unico: centinaia di modelli storici e moderni che colorano il Porto Antico di Santamaria.
Il raduno si svolgerà nel weekend del 13 e 14 giugno 2026, dunque proprio durante il nostro torneo internazionale di Beach Handball.
È il momento perfetto per visitare Gaeta: le giornate sono lunghe, il sole scalda senza essere opprimente e il profumo di salsedine si mescola a quello dei fiori di ginestra sulle colline circostanti.
Sabato 13 Giugno tra una gara e l'altra potremo quindi vivere un bel momento insieme ai tanti vespisti che invaderanno anche il litorale di Serapo e presto vi daremo dettagli ed orari per ammirare uno dei simboli della nostra amata nazione e che non smette mai di affascinare ed incuriosire turisti da ogni parte del mondo.
E se Sabato non riesco ad esserci? Nessun problema, i nostri amici vespisti sfileranno con noi e per noi anche nella mattinata di Domenica 14 Giugno!!!

Immagina centinaia di Vespe che percorrono il Lungomare Caboto all’unisono: un colpo d’occhio che ti resterà impresso per sempre. E noi della Calise Cup verremo onorati dalla presenza grazie ad una tappa a noi dedicata
Perché ‘Ti Mando a Gaeta’ è un evento speciale?
Il nome dell’evento gioca con un’espressione tipica, ma qui il significato è puramente di gioia e ospitalità. Essere parte del Campionato Turistico Nazionale significa che il Vespa Club Gaeta ha preparato un percorso che valorizza non solo la guida, ma anche la conoscenza del patrimonio culturale e gastronomico locale.
Gaeta, con la sua storia millenaria di Repubblica Marinara, offre una cornice che pochi altri posti al mondo possono vantare. Il raduno è l’occasione per scoprire la Tiella di Gaeta, la celebre pizza di sfoglia ripiena di polpo o scarola, che è lo spuntino preferito di ogni vespista locale durante le soste.

The Calise Cup always had "Sport and Tourism" among its mottos, and for its 25th anniversary, it aims to offer new features and surprises to participants, residents, and, of course, tourists who will be in Gaeta from June 12th to 14th.
Thanks to the collaboration of the Vespa Club Gaeta, including friends Pierluigi, Natalina, and their numerous members, the international Beach Handball tournament will also offer a wonderful opportunity for sharing, unity, passion, and tourism, thanks to the event "Ti mando a Gaeta 2026: the National Vespa Rally between Myth and Sea."
But what is "Ti Mando a Gaeta!" and why can't you miss it?
If there's one sound that defines the Italian summer, it's the unmistakable purr of a Vespa zipping through the alleys of a seaside village.
On June 13 and 14, that sound will become a collective symphony thanks to the 2nd National Rally "Ti Mando a Gaeta!".
Organized by the dynamic Vespa Club Gaeta, this event is not just a gathering of enthusiasts, but a true celebration of Italian two-wheeled culture, officially included in the calendar of the Vespa Club Italian National Touristic Championship.
Participating in this rally means immersing yourself in an atmosphere of times gone by, where a passion for restoration and mechanics blends with the desire to discover breathtaking landscapes. Whether you're a veteran Vespa rider with thousands of kilometers under your belt or simply curious, the event offers a unique spectacle: hundreds of historic and modern models brighten the Old Port of Santamaria.
The rally will take place over the weekend of June 13th and 14th, 2026. It's the perfect time to visit Gaeta: the days are long, the sun warms without being oppressive, and the scent of salty air mingles with that of the broom flowers on the surrounding hills.
On Saturday, June 13th, between one game and another, we'll be able to enjoy a wonderful time with the many Vespa enthusiasts who will also flock to the Serapo Beach where our tournament will be held. We'll soon provide details and times to admire one of the symbols of our beloved nation, one that never ceases to fascinate and intrigue tourists from all over the world.
And if I can't make it on Saturday? No problems, our Vespa friends will also parade for us on the morning of Sunday, June 14th!!!

Sunday, June 14th: The Tourist Tour
Sunday morning is the highlight of the event.
After the blessing of the helmets and greetings from the authorities, the convoy of Vespas will set off on a sightseeing tour that typically takes in Serapo Beach, climbs up to Montagna Spaccata, and passes through medieval neighborhoods. Imagine hundreds of Vespas riding along the Lungomare Caboto in unison: a sight that will remain etched in your memory forever. And we, the Calise Cup, will be honored by their presence thanks to a dedicated stop
Why 'Ti Mando a Gaeta' is a special event?
The event's name plays on a typical expressio that means "i send you to Gaeta" where in the past we had a Castle with cruel prison, but here the meaning is purely joy and hospitality.
Being part of the National Tourist Championship means that the Vespa Club Gaeta has prepared a route that values not only riding, but also knowledge of the local cultural and gastronomic heritage.
Gaeta, with its thousand-year history as a Maritime Republic, offers a setting that few other places in the world can match. The rally is an opportunity to discover Tiella di Gaeta, the famous puff pastry pizza filled with octopus or escarole, a favorite snack of every local Vespa rider during stops.
